At Green Chile Grill, you’ll notice that everything revolves around none other than the . . . Green Chile. 

Founded and operated to this day by Luis Hernandez, Green Chile Grill based out of Phoenix, Arizona, serves up New Mexican style comfort food.  After being an executive chef in restaurants for over 15 years, Luis started the food truck as a way to serve great food to great people.  This allowed him to be able to spend more time with the family he loves on nights, weekends, and holidays (something the restaurant life would never allow).  Luis’ roots in New Mexico and love for the green chile inspired him to create the menu you see at the truck and on the website.  To Luis, there’s not enough chiles in the world.

From our Sliders to our Burritos, we incorporate chiles into almost every dish.  Not only does it provide a subtle kick, but the flavor will take your taste buds to the next level.
